About this tool

Counting working days by hand means skipping every Saturday and Sunday and remembering the public holidays — easy to get wrong. This calculator does it for you, returning the business days, weekend days and total days between any two dates.

Are the start and end dates included?

Yes. The count is inclusive of both dates, so a Monday-to-Friday range returns five business days.

How are holidays handled?

Any weekday you list as a holiday is removed from the business-day count and shown separately, so long weekends are easy to plan around.
